Ham and Cheese Soufle – Serves 1
1/4 c milk
Any type of cheese you like. I use a sharp cheddar and swiss.
salt and pepper
Spray 1 ramekin with non stick spray, Cover bottom with the English muffin.
Sprinkle half of your cheese and layer it over the English muffin. Tear apart the ham and cover the cheese. Sprinkle another layer of cheese over ham.
Beat together egg, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese.
Cover with Plastic and refrigerate overnight. (works if you don’t too)
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Uncover ramekin and bake 45 minutes until top is puffy.
