No smoking is permitted on the property of our Oshkosh inn

Reservations and Cancellations

We accept Mastercard/ Visa/ American Express/ and Discover

We require payment for at least the first night’s stay, which is refundable up to ten (10) days prior to the date of your reservation. Thereafter, you will be issued a gift certificate that you may use within three months.

For special event weekends, which may not be limited to the following, whole house rentals, Country USA, Rock Fest, LifeFest and EAA, a non refundable deposit may be taken up to one year in advance and a 120 day cancellation policy may be required and stated in your confirmation.

Arrival Policy

The hours of check-in are from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please advise us on your anticipated time of arrival in order for us to provide you with a personal welcome to our Oshkosh inn. We set our schedule to accommodate yours, however, if your arrival times change or your travel arrangements are beyond this slotted time, please contact the innkeeper to make alternative arrangements.

Check-out time is 11:00.am.

For early check-in or extended check-out, speak with your innkeeper who will advise on the possibilities. Additional charges may apply.

Children

Children over 12 are welcome to experience our Oshkosh inn.

Pets

If you are traveling with a pet, and need kennel services, we recommend See Spot Run on 21. It is only a short distance from us at 5916 State Road 21. We take Georgia there when we have to travel. They are so friendly and Georgia gets a report card with pictures when she leaves. They offer doggy daycare, overnight care, salon and day spa, housekeeping and laundry, medication management, indoor/outdoor play yards, advanced security systems and much more. Laundry

Standard Dry Cleaners and Launderers is located just a few blocks from the Brayton B&B, at 653 N. Main St. Call 920-235-0150 for pickup and delivery.
