Reservations and Cancellations
We accept Mastercard/ Visa/ American Express/ and Discover

We require payment for at least the first night’s stay, which is refundable
up to ten (10) days prior to the date of your reservation. Thereafter,
you will be issued a gift certificate that you may use within one year.

Arrival Policy

The hours of check-in are from 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please advise
us on your anticipated time of arrival in order for us to provide you
with a personal welcome. We set our schedule to accommodate yours, however,
if your arrival times change or your travel arrangements are beyond this
slotted time, please contact the innkeeper to make alternative arrangements.

Check-out time is 11:00.am.

For early check-in or extended check-out, speak with your innkeeper who
will advise on the possibilities. Additional charges may apply.

Children
Children over 12 are welcome.

Pets
Though we do have a small dog, we do not accept guest pets.

If you are traveling with a pet, and need kennel services, we recommend
See Spot Run on 21. It is only a short distance from us at 5916 State Road 21.
We take Georgia there when we have to travel. They are so friendly and Georgia gets a  report card with pictures when she leaves.  They offer doggy daycare, overnight care, salon and day spa, housekeeping
and laundry, medication management, indoor/outdoor play yards, advanced

Laundry
Stannard Dry Cleaners and Launderers is located just a few blocks from
the Brayton B&B, at 653 N. Main St. Call 920-235-0150 for pickup and delivery.
On-site alterations and repairs are available.
