Granola or granola bars, macadamia nuts or cashews, lowfat vanilla yogurt, cool whip, coconut, white chocolate, kiwi, pineapple and honey.
Granola Mixture – Homemade granola or 4 nature valley granola bars (crunchy) broken into pieces and 12-14 macadamia nuts or cashews.
Yogurt Mixture – 6oz. vanilla yogurt, 1/2 C light cool whip, 1 TB shredded coconut and 1 TB grated white chocolate
Fruit Mixture – 1/2 C coarsely chopped kiwi, 1/2 C pineapple tidbits and 1 1/2 tps. honey
Garnish – 2 kiwi fruit slices, white chocolate shavings and cashews or macadamia nuts.
In a small bowl mix yogurt mixture until blended. Set aside.
In another bowl, toss fruit mixture until coated.
Alternately spoon granola mixture, yogurt mixture and fruit mixture. Repeat layers and top then top with garnish.
